Tournament Thursday, June 21, 2012 Southern Hills Golf Club To Sponsors and Players: Two-man scramble format; entry fee of $165 a person per session includes ditty bag, shirt, team picture, snacks and drinks on the course. Hole Sponsor $100 - Picture Board $250. Limited to 300 teams. Registration Contacts: API Annual Golf Tournament will be held Thursday, June 21, and Friday, June 22. The tournament will be held at Southern Hills Golf Club - Gladewater Texas. The purpose of the tournament is to financially support the East Texas Chapter API Scholarship Fund for sons and daughters whose parents are associated with the oil and gas industry. Your support helped make scholarships available for seventy-five students at a total of over $156,000 for the 2011-2012 school year. The tournament format will be a two-man scramble, 18-hole play and limited to 300 teams. Playing time preferences will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Food, drawings and contests will be offered on the course. Southern Hills drink carts will be providing beverages on the course throughout the tournament. Awards will be presented after each round of play. Each player must have a 2012 API membership to be able to participate in the Tournament. To avoid a long line at registration, early payment may be made by check payable to East Texas Chapter of API or contact Charlie Williams at 903-399-4147. Upon receipt of application and payment, playing times will be assigned. Player tickets and your 2012 sponsor receipt will be returned to you.
